EXHIBIT HOURS (Set-Up/Take-down)

Exhibit set-up: Thursday, September 28, 10:00 am to 4:30 pm — Seattle Ballroom, 4th floor of MOTIF 

Exhibit Hall Opening: Thursday, September 28, 5:30 – 7:30 pm (please no setting up between 5pm-8pm)

Core Conference Day 1: Friday, September 29, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm + Friday evening even in Exhibit Hall, 5:30 – 7:00 pm

Core Conference Day 2: Saturday, September 30, 7:30 – 3:30 pm

Exhibit tear-down: Saturday, September 30, start at 3:30 pm must be complete by 10:00 pm

Conference booth, table, staff, and miscellaneous sponsorship cancellation requests made to conference@passivehouse.us before August 19, 2017 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellation requests received on or after August 19, 2017 will receive a 75% refund. We are unable to provide refunds on advertising or sponsorship once materials have gone live.
