Passive Projects Tour

passive-projects-tour-001Register today for this year’s Passive Projects Tour. Join your fellow conference attendees as we take guided tours of passive building projects in the Seattle area. We’ll be visiting several multi- and single-family passive projects at various stages of construction in Seattle proper and surrounding areas.

Registration includes transportation to tour sites and lunch.

Date: Sunday, October 1, 2017 

Time: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Boarding: starts at 8:00am at MOTIF Hotel, departure at 8:30am

Times are approximate, please keep this in mind when scheduling return flights. Shuttle bus pickup and drop-off will be at the conference hotel. We do our best to accommodate return to the hotel by 4:00pm. Tour locations not announced in advance for the privacy of the homes & homeowners. Tour attendees must ride the tour bus.

The annual projects tour is a highlight of the conference and sells out quickly each year, so be sure to register early!




*Due to the popularity of this event, registration is restricted to attendees of the Core Conference. Your payment must be received within 10-days of registration or by September 28 (whichever comes first) or your spot will be released.

Passive Project Tour registration cancellations made by September 28 will receive a 75% refund. We are unable to refund registration cancellations made on September 29 or later.
